home again for the 3rd time today - came back for a medical review of my foot, its doing well, im pleased to report - and then now cos we got a stay-out, ie go back in *early* tmr am. but sleeping at home, away from the incessant swarms of mosquitoes in my room there, and being able to touch my com's good enough for me. ^_^

got my posting earlier today - exactly what id been hoping for in months. but it means ill be going to brunei next week, which im a bit unprepared for... must take a photo now for a proper 'before' n 'after' comparison... its the best way to lose weight, im told...

tried to install win xp for the umpteenth time today n i *always* get a BSOD (blue screen of death)... damn. maybe on wed ill format the bloody hard drive n start afresh... but then again its also a bit risky to do that - not to mention the fact that itll eat up my entire wed nite n prob most of thu too. i dunno.. then again i could always just live with win me and its occassional crashes. can i get an informed opinion from anybody who's used win xp before? much appreciated - as ive mentioned in one of yesterday's posts, im soooo out of touch with computers now.

gotta love typing in hypertext. tags are so much more convienient than Ctrl-B, Ctrl-I etc, or worse, clicking at the icons to bold or italicise text. this is the way all word processors should work in the future!
