the day in review (thus far)

• almost finished reading Catherine Clement's Theo's Odyssey (ill revise this post with the link to amazon.com soon)
  
• dusted off my old vb5 and did one of my sec2 cousin's vb computer studies projects for fun... something that displays a colour based on the rgb values u choose. wont bother turning it into an .EXE cos - as usual - ill just go on adding bells and whistles and little usability quirks until it becomes vapourware. still, it's the most concrete programming ive done in months... which reminds me i still havent got down to anything in dreamweaver. *sigh*
  
• played Stack-Up Sam (TM) with my grandparents n cousin. whee! (really... cos i won by putting my plates n dishes evilly close to the side so the entire thing would be off balance after my turn. *ouch* NOTE TO SELF: PLAY NICE!!!!)
  
• vegged out on the com
  
• cant find any game worth playing. wondering if ive finally made the switch from teen-com-buff (read: 110% game addict and on-the-side programmer) to serious com enthusiast/programmer. you tell me...
  
• fantasizing about all the stuff i wanna buy. shouldnt be doing that esp since its the time for penny-pinching...
  
• translated the label off a can of french ravioli so i could figure out how to get it cooked.
  
• which just about brings me to DINNER! ~ta...
